We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and investigate it. We will aim to respond to your complaint within 24 hours of receipt, however in complicated cases with a number of third parties involved this may take longer.

Our promise is to provide a full response within 1 week. If you are dissatisfied with the process at any point or feel your complaint has not been resolved you are invited to write to the Financial Ombudsman Service, full details as follows:

The board will consider the matter, also in accordance with well established procedures, and inform you of its decision within a reasonable time.

The right to appeal exists where you are not satisfied with the decision and you may also refer your complaint to the Institute of Arbitrators if the matter still remains unsolved.
